Tough small phone for cycling

Can anyone recommend me a small water-, and dust-proof phone I could attach to my bike to use as satnav? (Not really interested in dedicated bike computers as they're expensive and I don't want to have to take a phone as well.)

I had an Samsung s5 mini that was perfect, but my son lost it.

I'll probably get another one, but I'm out of touch and I'm wondering if there's anything newer...

Have you got a mount in mind for this? I'm also looking for a sat nav phone but can't find any solid minimalist mount for it.

I glued a Garmin mount adapter to a after-market phone case.

Then you can use any of the mounts made for garmin computers - there's every conceivable option.
