3400 C14 vs 3600 C16

I've been playing with various memory settings and can get my 8 Pack 3600 c16 kit stable at 3400 c14 as well as the advertised speed. Benchmarks in 3d mark are similar either way, but would the tighter timings be better than the clock speed boost?

Both about the same pick the one that runs on lowest voltage

Both seem to want 1.35v as a minimum to remain stable.

Then pick any. I would go with mhz but that's just personal choice
