5700XT Blower good if not overclocking ?

If not looking to overclock at all. Still best go do for AIB? Or just go for a blower at cheaper cost ?
AIB cards if you want something that's going to be reasonable quite, can keep the card cooler so it can boost nicely and doesn't require much messing about to get the most out of it. The blower style are ok but on days like yesterday it would have been throttling like mad, the blower styles are good for those who want to put a waterblock on the card or those who like to mess around with mods, changing the thermal paste, playing around with voltages to reduce power (thus heat and noise) so at the end of the day it depends on what type of consumer you are.

The fan is very quiet and the only thing you hear is the air moving on the back of the case. AMD has default profile set to 20%, and you can raise it to 30% manually without any difference.
Ofc if you shove a microphone up it's.... end.... the moving air would make a noise but otherwise if you have your PC at 30-50cm distance you only hear the air.
Mind though. You do do need a good positive airflow or open case. In cramped cases without positive airflow, the fan will remain quiet but the temps will skyrocket.

Otherwise wait for AIB cards

Tbf this is very subjective and depends on a lot of factors. I do recommend the OP looks up a few Youtube vids to check it out if he's concerned with noise levels.

IMO it seems fine, but again I'm not concerned with a little noise when gaming.

I have raised the fan speed manually from 20% to 33% and made no difference in sound other than there is more air moving on the back.
When playing games cannot be heard over the game sounds on speakers, let alone headphones when you talk to people.

On games that are quiet eg EU4, who has a bird singling from time to time, and UI clicking noises, the GPU barely works over idle on that game to even listen the air.
More noise is been made by the cicadas outside.

Cooling-wise the blower cooler is fine, the question that remains is noise. For this you need to have a reference for what does/doesn't bother you & then compare with the numbers for the 5700 XT.

My pc case I made custom out of MDF wood and carbon fibre vinyl. I made it 15 inch by 15 inch so it can fit into a wall that is also like a square inside where my Xbox use to go. The gap between the pc custom box and the wall is about 2 inches above and the side. The back of the case is open but also close the back of the wall where the power and hdmi face plate it that i put into the wall. I’ve had to get a blower on top of the pc case to take out the hot air building up between back of the pc case and the sides. The 970 atm goes up to about 76 degrees. When gaming and this was yesterday. So I’m thinking if a blower would still be okay

Okay I’ve made a choice...

I’m gonna buy a blower version might as well.

Please can someone tell me the best one to go for ? Are all the chips memory chips all the same for all msi powercolour etc ...

Tbh if the Nitro's weren't so damn good I'd say go ahead and get the blower!! But for the little extra they're definitely a quality card and one of the best I've had (Vega64 one)

The blower is fine calibre, enjoy! :)

Try not to be an idiot *all* the time, please? Just for one full day?

'Normal people' find these fine, not everyone is as anal as some. Chill.

Indeed. I am quite happy with mine, then again I don't sit running benchmarks all day, mine is actually for practical use in gaming. :)

You're doing it all wrong.

Doncha know that fast graphics cards are used primarily for benching and running furmark?

Sheesh, noobs.
