Seen the dB stated for the 5700 XT as up to 51-54 dB (presumably at 100% fan speed). That's incredibly loud in my book. I'm more inclined toward cards that can hang around the low 30s dB wise with a juicy overclock as well.

Stock fan is 43% @ 2100rpm. It's not loud despite the narrative. Undervolt and drop the fan curve and it's very quiet.

Sheesh, not everyone puts their heads in the case trying to listen the fan noise while playing games. Nor shoving a microphone up it's....exhaust end.....to measure the noise the moving air does, like you do
