They are queen wasps, my dad kills them For a living

Take off and nuke the entire site from orbit.

In all seriousness though, I hear when they borrow into the spinal cord at the back of your neck, they eat through the nerve endings first, intentially rendering the victim without any feeling of pain, so that you dont try and claw them from the back of your own neck, this allows them to continue up into your brain, which causes a painless, stroke like death.
I hear it can be quite pleasant, like a feeling of euforia.
