I bought the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX and the email showed that this was to be delivered, but I received the normal mobo instead. I called the service team to have them fix the issue and I was sent an email to confirm them picking up the normal MSI mobo and to delivery the MAX instead, but the RMA email showed me having received the MAX and asking for me to return it (instead of having received the older mobo and to get the MAX in return)? On calling back to question the service team, I was told this is normal and not to worry about it and that on picking up the older mobo to return to OC, there would be no receipt from the driver as to having received the older mobo which would be exchanged for the MAX the following day.
Long, sorry.. To me, this is not normal and should be corrected and of course I'll need to wait till Monday morning to do anything, but I would just like to hear back what you ppl think about this? (the pickup for the old mobo is set for Monday and the MAX is supposed to be delivered Tuesday)
