Laptop for streaming fortnite from iPad

My nephew needs a laptop to stream live fortnite from his ipad. Budget needs to be minimum. Can anyone please recommend or suggest something.

What's he using to stream? An Elgato HD60s?

He is using the Elgato Pro app.

Such a bizarre concept! But I suppose these machines like tablets are being used as full on consoles nowadays!
