it did but i'm guessing he's just had his punishment dished out by the courts.

late 2018..... But it took this long for sentencing I guess the wheels of justice turn slow ............(slower than the wheels on that van any way!..

Was that footage speeded up at all ? The driver of the dash cam car wasn't exactly hanging around either. Seemed to be approaching the roundabout quickly and not really any time to look to see if anyone was on it already.
Yeah the footage is sped up 25%.
They've blurred it out on the BBC but on the original footage you can see the seconds are ticking faster than actual seconds on the timestamp.

Banned for a year for hurting 3 people and launching 2 tons of steel over a public highway. Frankly I'd be doing that whenever I fancied a year off, barely a punishment at all.
He got time taken off as an impressive stunt bonus.
