I have a nest thermostat that's currently off, but several radiators (not all) are on full blast. Some are kinda warm, others are off (11 radiators total). Where on earth do I start to diagnose this?

Yours Frustratedly

If the rads are hot then presumably the boiler is currently burning. if it is then presumably the thermostat hasn't signalled it to turn off.

might be worth power cycling the thermostat and/or boiler

Rebooting the thermostat now. The boiler was recently serviced/restarted in the last few days

I'd ask the person who serviced your boiler what they broke :p

Is your system divided into zones? I'm confused as to how some radiators have come on and some haven't.

Great only you definitely have at least one valve somewhere. Find it and move it manually, does the radiator getting hit coincide with your hot water times?

This, I have the exact same problem. Also are the closest radiators to the boiler the ones that are getting warm?

I just turn the rads off that are closest to the boiler in the summer months.
