Someone will be here to spec you a good Ryzen system soon. What I will say is have you looked at superwide monitors. I have one and I think it's amazing to game on over a 4k monitor.

I would suggest something but I'm popping out in a bit, besides someone with tonnes more knowledge will be here soon.

I would be getting something like a 3600/3700x b450 MSI tomahawk max board 16gb 8 pack ram and going by what you specced a 2080ti card from evga/zotac.
Monitor 34" superwide.
