Best way to play my pc games steamed to my mobile?

Hey there, wondering what is the best way to be able to play games already installed on my pc in steam etc on my android mobile phone?

Both of these were awful, steam was laggy and the touch screen controller didn't work and moonlight doesn't even have a touch screen controller...... Suggestions?

I also should have mentioned it's to play away from home, not in the house

Upload yes, fast enough, wired, pc in signature, definitely fast enough
I can stream the games no problem, just can't control them, tried Shadow of the tomb raider, no controller, Forza 4, no controller, man of Medan stuck in the title screen no controls, plague tale no controls, it has touch controller until the game launches then it disappears and I'm left with just a mouse cursor
 
Try parsec; I've found it worked well when away from the house and internally on the lan there is no lag and it looks crisp too.
