Just bought a p600s on here.

Well I've purchased the P600s thanks to your recommendations. I'm looking forward it will really show of my new system through the glass side panel and have decent airflow also. :D

You weren't kidding me. I got my P600s today and it just oozes quality and class. I'm looking forward to getting to work in it. There's a lot of room in there. :D

It's a lot smaller than my old case and the one before that (cougar Panzer max and Haf X) but has tonnes more space. I don't get it.
Only issue I had was putting the 3.5 hard drive cages in, as I tried to do it after putting the PSU and all the cables in, took me a while to get it clicked in properly, so i advice getting that in first (doesn't matter about the sata cables etc, just the 3.5 HDDs if you are using any.) apart from that this is the first case I have felt I could properly cable manage easily.
I have only had perspex before and couldn't understand what diference glass would be over that, but it's so much clearer. can look at my rig lovingly more often now lol.

Glad you like it man.

Its been a breeze so far installation wise. And yes absolutely its really easy cable management wise. Ive got a samsung evo sitting ssd drive sitting in one bay and another sata 3 1/2 inch sata stacked below that. Then another 3 1/2 by itself below that. Whats the sata connection all about on the case? Says to psu? I dont get that. And ive just realised i cant use my internal cdrw drive as theres no slot in front of case. No biggy i can buy an external dvdrw drive. But im loving it so much room inside to work.

Well ive transfered everything into the case and everything spins up to power then switches off in a few seconds. I initially thought my gpu was not fully seated but ive tried it without and same thing. I placed the motherboard on the supplied risers as it fits and used the black motherboards screws to secure. I wonder is there a short somewhere. Headache as i may need to remove from case. Any ideas?

The risers are built into the case, it shouldn't need any risers screwed in at all.
Def sounds like a short though.

The red cpu light is lit on my motherboard im wondering if something has gone a miss. Then it powers down.

You plugged the CPU cable in securely? got a fan plugged into the CPU fan header? maybe reseat it and check no pins have bent somehow?

Dont mean to be condescending if you have checked all these. but I have made silly mistakes before.

Yeah i have just taken out the cpu and reinstalled it. Seems fine. Its gonna have to be tested out of case.

best thing to do is unplug everything and redo it, it could be one of the power cables from the PSU not seated properly into the mobo

its easy to miss something when unplugging everything to switch cases, just reseat everything

Tested outside case and works fine. One thing i noticed was i had the polarity of the power switch probably wrong. Would this cause a problem? Does the triangle on the switch need to be on pin +

Seems was the switch as it was powering straight on without me touching power button, just mains wich i found odd. Now it works as should with it on correct pins. I cannot belive ivr made such a mistake. Caused myself such a hassle. Now to put everything back inside the case. God.

I was right. Wrong polarity on power switch. What a dope i am. Everything back in and working as should.

Now the system is working only I have no power to the fans. Dont know why Ive tried the four pin connector to sys fan 1 2 and 3.

Hooraah im all up and running at last. Seems the fan hub wouldn't work unless the sata connector was connected to the psu. All sweet now. Lovely case. :D
