Vegans don't have facts, so they rely on emotivism.

Plants are living organisms too since they do the 7 processes of living things:

- Movement
- Respiration
- Sensitive
- Grow
- Reproduce
- Excrete
- Nutrition

Are vegans going to stop eating plants?

Sadly, vegans are strongly bigoted against plants.

It was quite a reasonable question, it wasn’t aimed at you, you insisted on answering it multiple times in a deliberately unhelpful manner even. I don’t know why asking a question offended you so much but you’re being rather weird here tbh...
oh, now you're switching tact to me being weird and offended. grammar/spelling didn't pan out for you nor did the 'it went over your head' nonsense.

ok.

the question didn't offend me - how could a question not aimed at me cause me offence?! it may well indeed have been a reasonable question, but the wording and way in which it was posed was, i felt, open to a bit of light hearted ribbing.

i don't really know what emotions my original reply caused you, whether it upset you, offended you or you felt it a slight on your own intelligence, i don't know but something about it ruffled your feathers unnecessarily and unintentionally. then, as is often par for the course for yourself when met with a post that you either don't agree with, don't like or feel that it offends you, you drift off into a stream of silly replies with veiled attempts to insult the responders intelligence.....and before you try and decry that is what you were doing, when you repeatedly try to claim that your posts are going over someones head that is exactly what your aim is. as too is pointing out a grammatical or spelling error for no good reason. i'm just surprised you didn't try and throw in that i was 'conflating' something.

as i've already said, you're obvious and predictable and i mean that with no malice intended but if you want to try and play a game of one-upmanship with someone you need more variation in your 'game' than you have habitually shown to have.

so i've cleared up my position;
my original reply was meant as a joke
i understood your question perfectly
i am not offended by you or your question in the slightest
yea i'm probably a bit weird but no weirder than someone who gets their knickers in a twist over nothing and has to resort to failed insults. (you don't need to tell me you weren't knicker twisted over this, your posts are proof to the contrary)

i don't care about your position, i just hope you're done trying to insult or prattle on about me not understanding, being offended or whatever else you want to throw in the mix. can you let it go now or do you wish to continue until the mods are forced to step in?

Because it contains a ton of nutrition that's great for humans. Hello calcium!

Where do cows magically rustle up some calcium do you think? Out of thin air?

Of course it doesn't automatically mean that, but we tried the stuff and it turned out to be good for us after all, which is why humans have been happily drinking it for thousands of years.

The majority of all humans are lactose intolerant, western europeans are the most tolerent of all humans so likely why its not too common in these parts

So using your own source, your saying chimps eat 94% plants? - great argument they primarily eat meat :D

Id imagine if we look at say 1000 studies on ape diet, would you guess it's likely all of them say, they nearly (nearly!) always eat plants?

I know humans who eat meat every day, sometimes twice a day - that's not natural?

What about the several hundred other species of ape? all plant eaters?

Why would you want to eat fruit? A food source that has evolved to spread it's seed as far as possible?

yeah it sounds ridiculous.

Not sure some people think before posting - why would all animal life on Earth exist on a plant based diet? Is that what your asking? Obviously all meat eating preditors rely on plant eating prey.....

It's almost as if the fruit evolved some benefit to the animal for spread its seed.........as if they go hand in hand?

I am otherwise baffled by your post

Yet you carried on replying... you're essentially saying you were deliberately trolling? as "a joke"? Well if that is the case then it is hardly surprising that if I were to read your replies at face value then the obvious conclusion would be that it had clearly gone over your head - how can you not see that? I'm a bit skeptical that you were joking, it seems a bit odd but if you were deliberately trolling then consider me trolled...

To reply with a jokey reply once is one thing, to continually reply to me while pretending that you had no clue what I was actually asking is just outright trolling. I'd suggest that you think of some better jokes in future.

Vegetables all have pesticides sprayed on them.

Here's some undisputable logic for you - the meat you like to eat is grown by plant eating animals - for example lets say over its entire life, a cow eats a million square meters of plants that had some chemical sprayed on it - then you eat the animal who spent its life hoovering up 'bad' chemicals, logically poision by its very nature doesn't break down easily, so you're eating the protein made from the plant protein along with years of consuming potentially damaging and now concentrated chemicals.

Or, just eat the plant, sure, even if it has chemicals on it - its still only a few square metres worth - not the entire life time of the cows grazing habits as well.

His point was you said the small percentage they eat is insects and his study showed that they hunt and eat meat.

Also on your other point, we’re not chimps. Appeals to nature in arguments are fallacies. and before you say well we’re the only ape that primarily eats meat, the response is so what?

Are you going to now make the argument that bats shouldn’t fly because no other mammal does therefore they shouldn’t?

There are exceptions to everything in nature and they’re all as natural as each other.

i was about to cry bs but a quick google seems to show it's about 65% going up to almost 90% in some asian countries. did not know that.

Yes, it results from consuming a non human animial product, it produces an auto immune response - same as if you tried to surgically transplant a cows liver into a human - instant nope as far as your immune system is concerned.....sure it has 'helpful' elements in it, but another species baby food isn't generally meant to be in you - its been forced down western europeans so random genetic mutations have increased tolerance to it - we evolved to be able to digest it slightly better sure, but its still not meant to be there, the genetic equivlent of a band aid, rather than realising the cause.

No they don't...they kill other monkeys in territory disputes over feeding grounds or violent disputes.....on a rare occasion they will eat a smaller monkey.

97% of their diet is plant's, the rest is insects.

Why would you highlight something a chimp does for probably less than 0.01% of its entire life and ignore that it eats plants nearly always?

I don't understand?
Well that is clearly wrong as they eat meat 6% of the time.

"Meant to be there"? - It is perfectly fine for plenty of people in the west as it has been used in our diets for quite some time now. Nothing wrong with drinking milk as part of a balanced diet.

Both examples show a tiny percentage of their diet - why is no one talking about what they nearly always eat? Plants!!!!! lol

No, were apes, a different species of ape, but otherwise we still have all ape like programming, such as our digestive system being 9 times the length of our body - why ? - to digest plants, why to meat eating only animals have much stronger digestive acid and a gut 1.5 times their length?

The rest of your post is just waffle, and ironically supports my point were meant to eat nearly all plants - bats fly because they evolved to, our many metres long digestive track evolved to eat plants, a lions digestive track remains tiny because its evolved to eat meat.

Again your own point - we are exceptionally designed to over whelmingly eat plants - we can tolerate meat to sustain us for a short while, but our evolution is plants, its literally in everyone its so obvious.

you didn't get the joke or were offended (or whatever it was that set you off) and fell straight into your usual 'that is not what i was asking' mode so i just kept repeating my response as you just kept repeating the same question. my response changed when your question changed. and you can be as skeptical as you want to try and reinforce your silly little attempt at an insult. nothing in your question went over my head. in the same way that it doesn't go over my head that your incessant whiny posts are an attempt to give the impression of being clever and/or correct. no doubt you are an intelligent person but your need to you promote how clever you are is a bit daft and repetitive. so you can keep waffling on in order to appear correct/clever/smart or you can let it go, your call.

so wait, does that mean it would be better to drink human milk or indeed eat human flesh :p i suppose it would depend on who's milk it was but i ain't drinking milk from my mother's ******* at my age. though if someone like Liv Tyler felt like donating some i suppose i could force myself.....wonder does she need a hand expressing.....:D

Well if you look back I was asking questions about the thread because I was interested in discussing the topic itself! I didn't just repeat the question I pointed out that your response hadn't answered it either... I was replying in good faith, something you apparently weren't doing by your own admission. I've pointed out that you didn't seem to get the point (apparently because you were deliberately doing so as a "joke") and you carried on... how is that at all helpful of you?

I'm really not sure what you're trying to argue here- it is pretty reasonable to assume that someone who is deliberately giving jokey replies hasn't actually understood the point if the replies aren't obviously a joke.

This is nothing to do with looking clever - if someone (in your eyes) looking clever annoys you then that's your own problem. I don't have a crystal ball to tell me that some reply that doesn't get the point is actually a "joke" rather than someone simply not getting the point.

I'd rather have just discussed the topic than reposed to this nonsense, I really don't know what you're trying to achieve here?

Yes. It's a vegan marketing strategy. They'll be buying all the junk food companies, ready for when everyone is hooked on weed "grass"
crap, i suppose technically that means i was a vegan for a number of years in my youth! also that's a damn clever strategy for taking over the world....the man/woman who holds the key to the junk food companies will hold the key to world domination!!
