So the bath was raised to resolve leaks/drainage and drooping issues... all gone great with the bath now sitting on a wooden frame and is solid.

One thing I can get my head around is how to secure the bath panel... The bath has been raised approximately 2.5" so there is now a 2.5" gap between the bottom of the panel and the floor.

I have some spare matching skirting that i can put along the bottom of the bath/panel but can't figure out how to attach the panel to this to make sure it doesn't pop off (the panel doesn't stay in place)

I'll get a picture of the frame later to show the bath frame / panel area I'm working with.

Any suggestions please? I'd like to use the existing panel rather than diy one or but another. Thanks

I had a similar problem which raised my bath from 530 to around 570 and I couldn't buy a new panel anywhere, also because it was P shaped i was limited on what options were available but i did have a few pallets in the garden so ended up building one in an hour or so.

Fun little afternoon project :)

Magnets might be a good shout. Will have a look.

That looks lovely @Vince I even have a spare pallet outside :D I wonder if Mrs Rhysduck would be willing...

I used the original plastic panel as a template and just added a bit of length, treated the wood and I think it looks a lot better than it did before. I've now cleaned the room up a bit more and replaced the seals all around the shower door etc and it's tons better than it was. I admit I looked everywhere and simply couldn't replace my old panel so it was the best quick option I had.
