USB Power Surge Message PC now totally dead.

Hey all , i built a new pc a couple of months ago and it has been running flawlessly.
Last night however there was an error message about a USB Power Surge and when i went to reboot the PC won't boot back up and seems to be dead. Any help appreciated as i can't get it to power up.

I had already unplugged the USB slots except the mouse and keyboard which are in the back rather than the front. Unplugged those and PC booted up fine. Thank you very much !

It must have been something you plugged in asking for to much power from the port
 
Seems to be something gone wrong with the mouse. It won't work and i tried it on another PC and it surged those ports. Mouse is only a month old and was expensive so a bit annoying !
