Save a bit of money and maybe go for a 2600 instead. Maybe look into the AMD RX 5500 as well when it comes out.
I'f you're just after the PC the following should do the job pretty well.

The motherboard is a bit meh, but it should be ok. The GPU is really good for the money, but as mentioned it might be worth waiting to see what the RX 5500 can do, should come out fairly soon. And hopefully will be competitively priced.

Rumor suggests next week, but who knows. Its a very weird launch. Technically they are already out, but only available to certain system builders.
5500XT reviews and pre-orders are up. By the look of it they are a little disappointing. Little too expensive for what they offer, at least compared to the really cheap prices we're seeing on some of the RX 570s and RX 590s.
