Cheap compatible board recommendations

Hi i am looking at this CPU and due to hearing some boards possibly need a bios update? i'm wondering which is the cheapest board that works out of the box vs one that needs the bios sorting.

I'm not very keen on doing the bios as they never go as planned for me but depending on the price between the 2 i may do it.I don't need anything fancy as it's for the missus and her business,facebook,spreadsheets,printing vinyl etc
