you've sold me on the asus strix with money back, will this offer be on monday? ( waiting for a refund from retailer)

Check the T&C's but I believe the ratemygear and cashback offers are running until end of December or early January and we just had another 100 units arrive, so they won't be running out over weekend. :)

GameRock I can hold £449, for me its a tough buy, right now 2070 SUPER edges a 5700 XT, but if we look at the past and if your purchase is planned to be kept for 2-3yr then generally AMD keep improving with age, remember when 1060 and 580 was released, the 1060 comfortably beat the 580, whereas now even a 570 beats a 1060 and the 580 is quite a bit ahead. So if these play out as per usual, the longer term buy is in AMD's favour, get a 5700 XT, undervolt it and enjoy it for 2-3 years as it will only get faster with age, not slower. :)

Thank you gibbo expect order on Monday

The Red Devil, Strix, and Nitro variants are supposed to be the best for heat and noise. I'd probably have the Strix out of those as it's the cheapest even before you consider the cashback.

Strix is £450 before cash back whereas Devil is £399 so not cheapest. Cash back does make it cheaper however.

However Gigabyte 5700 XT Gaming 3X is cheaper than them all at £375 and also quiet and cool, certainly one to consider also but at £10 more is buy Strix also.

Typical! - I ordered this in the early hours of Tuesday morning for £389.99 and now it's £15 cheaper this monday...just my luck.

I don't suppose OcUK would give me the difference?

I've got a ROG swift and for some reason hesitant to buy AMD even though I NEVER use G-Sync due to playing online FPS most of the time. Talk me in to it please :S
