Well it's got to be worth a shot... while we were out yesterday our cat climbed on the kitchen work surface and smashed a cup that was very important to the wife for sentimental reasons.

It's a John Lewis 2017 Christmas Moz cup and although I love her dearly I think the £45 Ebay price is a little steep for a cup.

I don't suppose anyone has one that doesn't mean anything to them that I could buy as a Christmas gift?

It's this one -

Help me oh wise members of OcUK to find one at a reasonable price. :)

Sentimental or not... if it was a used cup eventually it was going to get damaged and/or broken.

Probably not that sentimental.

"Oh hi, would anyone like to give me something that is worth £45 for next to nothing?" :D

If it's really sentimental, then surely £45 is no price.

Happy wife, happy life. £45 is a small price to pay especially with Christmas coming up. Seems an ideal present.

Pay the price (£45) though it won't be the same, or repair it and use it as a pen holder as I doubt you'd be able to trust it with hot drinks. I've certainly had no luck in the past with repaired cups.
