I'm quite sure the boost depends on favorable temperatures, but the EVGA site says 1815MHz for boost, but during tests, benchmarks and games, I noticed 1995MHz, and sometimes, even during a very short period of time, slightly over 2000MHz.
The GPU is watercooled, and I assume under optimal thermal conditions to boost to the max, but didn't expecting more than what the manufacturer says, to be honest.
Any opinions if that's normal?

Yes very much normal. GPU boost (nvidia technology) will push the card further if conditions permit (temperature, power limit etc).

Usually 20 series do 2-2.2ghz depending on silicon lottery.

My 2080 Super XC does 2025-2040MHz in game stable if that helps.

Power limit 116% not linked to temperature

I wouldn't say 'most' Turing does 2-2.2 GHz at all.

The best clockers might be the 2080Tis but looks like you're doing well to get to 2100Mhz with very few going north or that.

This is going by the ocuk benchmarking threads and observing clock speeds.

Yes mine boosted farther than manu specs too. Btw my 2040Mhz value is with manual overclock.
