Hey guys,

Im selling my GPU on the MM here. And looking for a suitable downgrade.

I am looking to play 1440p at med/high detail (graphics are not quite as important to me as performance).

Looking at https://www.overclockers.co.uk/zota...ddr6-pci-express-graphics-card-gx-11n-zt.html

how will that do for my needs? I was looking at a 5700XT as I have a freesync monitor, but poeples driver issues has put me off a wee bit..

any recommendations would be appreciacted..

Thanks!

Although they've had some teething troubles I'd say the 5700XT is still worth a go tbh, even if their's a small chance you have to ultimately return it.

Thanks for the swift reply Jedi.

Would a blower sytle GPU 5700XT be ok?

I also must add that im in a Lian-LI PC-011 case, so width of GPUs are a problem a bit :(

Roughly high 70s/80c on the undervolt which seemed fine for me (friend of mine still runs a 290x and that goes over 90c np!). AMD tend to build their reference cards to last with high quality components unlike nVidia.

So running in the 70/80s is perfectly fine, I dont need to be aiming for high 60s / low 70s like I currently do on my 2080ti??

Be aware IRC that AMD GFX cards report 'junction' temps, rather than 'chip' temps, this will increase temps by a factor of 10 - 20 deg C equivalent to NVIDIA temps. So make sure you compare apples to apples.
