I have 2x 3 pin fans my motherboard has one slot what do I do (I wan't control of them)

You can get a basic 2x 3pin splitter for £1.49.

Might be worth spending a little more though, as you can get a nicer 5 way splitter for £4.79, this also has compatibility for 4 pin pwm fans, so could be reused for further upgrades in the future.

yes as long as your mobo has voltage control (which nearly all do)
