LED driver replacement

I have LED ceiling panels in my office (they were in when I bought the place) and 2 of the LED drivers have broken it seems. Below is an image of the driver, the model number doesnt return anyhing sadly as I assume its a generic Chinese driver?

Could anyone point me in the direction of a replacement please? The output range of 60-85V is whats throwing me.

Any marking on the led bulbs itself? Usually they're 12v or something not 60-85v volts

There is a label on the back of the panel but not mention of voltage:

There website isnt active either so no joy there.
