It's OK, if you need 240Hz and are a hardcore competitive twitch gamer earning a living from it. Otherwise waste of money.

just stuck on intel now just been doing a lot of research and intel is where I'm stuck at and tbh if i got the funds mays well go with intel like if i didn't care what i play on id just stick to my 60hz and 60fps ps4 lol but just fumes me now because majority of games are all cross platform so just stuck but ill look at ryzen will just have to watch more videos LOL

I didn't say go Ryzen, just that it was a waste of money to play 1080p for huge amounts of money when 1440p at 120-144Hz with VRR is far better an upgrade from the peasant console experience. ;)

Competitor link

You're not supposed to link to competitors as OcUK have their own shop. https://www.overclockers.co.uk/

how that look?

That spec has a cheapo 3200G paired with a 2080Ti and only 8GB of RAM in a near £2K system. Not a good partnership. Don't even understand how a 3200G can even be an option there.

Take your time, and then double it when you think you've got a handle on it, best advice for a PC newbie looking to spend a fair bit of money.

All I can say here is give us all a budget n watch the magic happen. Someone here will spec the best bang for your money and they will even include you nice little itty bitty photos along side component name and price including links to the product.

Something like:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,441.02 (includes shipping: £13.20)

Mine compared to yours: Mine has a much better CPU, 3700X compared to 3200G. Mine has faster RAM, 3600MHz compared to 2400MHz. Mine has faster and larger capacity m.2 SSD. Mine has the 5700XT over your 2080ti, this is because you have a 240Hz IPS 1080P freesync monitor which I think the 5700XT do well - the 2080ti is overkill for 1080p so it's better to save and use money elsewhere. The rest is as close to as I could get to what was in the system you linked.
