I am looking for a 3 pin addressable RGB extension cable like below:

OC UK have one here but it is listed as "not available": https://www.overclockers.co.uk/xspc-3-pin-rgb-60cm-extension-cable-wc-467-xs.html

Does anyone know if OCUK sell any others, or where one could be obtained? I need lots!
Many thanks

not got around to trying it yet==though am going to

but think a normal 4 pin extension will work as the extra hole will just be unused

assuming female pins either end

if one ends male would have to pull a pin off

edit

and if need lots they do splitters

ie 1 header to 3 or 4 etc

This will not work as the pin hole is filled out on the rgb cable. You could pull a pin but surely they sell these sorts of cables ready to go?

Sorry must be having a DOH day
Having a lot of those lately getting old lol
But picturing it in my head
There's 3 pins on the motherboard
4 holes on a non addressable cable
So why won't it go on

If it was other way round ie 4 pins and only 3 holes then yeah see why it won't work
Like I said though I may be having a DOH day actually looking in my pc case tomorrow may get my brain going again

I have been searcing, and I am going to assume they were the 4 pin variant. I require the 3 pin addressable RGB variant. I can see Akasa does a splitter, but I would rather have the 1:1 connection for each extender, I require around 20

No, they are 3 pins.

What are you trying to do, you can also extend using different connections types and could buy a long piece (20m etc.) of the cable and make your own connections?

I am wanting to extend 20 fans, to their hubs. They are currently a 3 pin female connection, so I would require a male to female 3 pin extension, around 50cm if possible, if not I can daisy chain several 30cm. Is there a better way to achieve this?

Thanks for your help

Is this in one machine, or multiple machines?

Dug through box of stuff got for my build
All from ocuk
There's one specifically says for 5v addressable leds
Though it's a phanteks extension so has an extra connector for syncing case leds to all the others
Will still work though with out that connected but probably cost more than non phanteks one can't remember what it cost me

But if you want a load of extensions why not just phone or Web mail ocuk see if they can get some in for you

I will phone them tommorow when they are open for sure!

Many thanks! I don't suppose you know how long the cable is roughly? I can not see any specs on the website

I think maybe 40 to 50cm
Unfortunately doesn't give length on receipt
And the actual cables not easily accessible and routed through holes in the case so even if could find both ends almost impossible to measure it

But if you phone ocuk asking for a bulk buy would imagine they could check length of one for you ~or length may be on phanteks Web site

Shame could not get a discount though no harm asking
Yeah 40~50cm is near enough what I thought
If going to try them there's 2 different ones
You want the ones with standard connectors either end not 3 phanteks connectors
Though you probably know that any way

Yep that is the one I ordered, ordered some 3 pin extensions too, so should all be looking good once done.
Many thanks for the help!
