QHD 144Hz Monitors

Wanting to upgrade soon from a Samsung 40" 4K TV to a QHD 144hz monitor.

I regularly game at 1440p and looking for something decent around 32" on a budget of £300, any recommendations?

Using the Dell S2716DG, 27". Fantastic, VSync, but works perfectly with my RTX2080.

As a heads up all 31.5" and 32" 1440p 144Hz are VA, so black smear may be an issue
