New wraith prism cooler - FAKE

I like the 1st gen spire (I have both 1st and 2nd gen and found the copper plug with slower fans to be more quiet).

I bought a cryorig C7 for a SFF (Silverstone raven case with a ryzen 3600) https://www.overclockers.co.uk/cryorig-c7-top-flow-rgb-cpu-heatsink-hs-015-cy.html

I fiddled with the fan profiles etc and found it noisy and reverted back to the 1st gen spire cooler which I found to be a superior product and yet wasn't too high and had the RAM clearance for those 5mm 8 Pack ram's.

Hence I am impressed with the AMD stock coolers. The current Wraith prism looks like they are powerful (with 4 heat pipes) - and so the ones with 6 heat pipes must be better. There seems to be a gap in the market for a powerful compact top down cooler. I would be willing to buy this new cooler on its own if it were available.

A new Wraith Prism cooler with 6 heat pipes sounds great but I hope the box gets a different part number so it's easier to find for new buyers.

my wifes case is a Silverstone rv03 https://www.overclockers.co.uk/patr...dual-channel-kit-pvs416g360c7k-my-104-pa.html
that has 83mm of cpu cooler clearance

apparently the wraith prism is 8 cm tall - so it will just fit. she moans about the noise as it on your desk next to the monitor and the case exhaust vent for the cpu cooler is pointing to her face (hence she can hear everything - even though I don't think it is loud).

I imagine that the prism/max will work at lower fan speeds than the spire (which in turn is much better than the cryorig c7).

I have the same case, 2700x and stock cooler that is too tall. I am looking to see if a aio wod go in this case with a clearance of 820mm could anyone recomd a suitable aio. I wont be clocking the cpu.

Thanks

@Claire Drew
i've also got the rvz03, you'd need a slim radiator 120mm cooler but not many are sold these days...possibly the corsair h55 if you manage to source one
failing that...can recommend the cryorig c1 - though it only comes with a 15mm slim fan...the cooler is short enough to fit a 25mm fan once the white shroud is removed
from my research - the c1 is the largest cooler that will fit in the case with a 25mm fan

or do what i did lol:
frankensteined :/
no cooler currently lol

@Plec @orbitalwalsh 25mm fan fits! closes perfect

What tamzzy said about 6x heatpipe Wrath Prism not being AMD product. I avoid flat downflow coolers because with their fan pushing air into cooler the airflow hits motherboard turning out then hits GPU, RAM etc. turning up along side of cooler and fan where fan sucks it right back into cooler. I did some testing monitoring air into cooler and CPU temps with pushing air into cooler and fan pulling air out. Air out was 5-8 cooler air and CPU temps then air in. ;)

can I edit the title of this thread (to include the word FAKE)? I cant seem to find out how to edit the title.
