RTX-2080ti-A11G vs RTX-2080ti-O11G

From what i can see, the A11G has a boost clock of 1575mhz and the O11G has a boost clock of 1650mhz.

So just a smaller factory overclock on the boost speed.

Thanks. Would either version allow me to overclock, or am I stuck with the out the box speed?
You can overclock any card AFAIK. But milage may vary. The voltage and power settings are locked down to a degree but that's okay becuase you can overclock quite abit withouth having to touch voltage. Just wack up the power limit to max (this is safe as the bios doesn't allow you to go past safe limits e.g. max)
And overclock the clock and memory frequency.

As above you will be able to overclock either of those cards, how much will vary, just run a couple of bench marks each time you make new settings to test the card is stable.

Thank you. Is there any benchmark software you'd recommend?

There are a couple of benchmark threads kicking about in this GPU sub-forum, heaven and 3d-mark to name a couple.

I use heaven personally, simple program, plenty of stress on the GPU, will soon crash if overclock settings are too high etc.
