Gigabyte Aorus Elite RAM speeds

Got my new system up and running,all is well apart from the fact im not getting full speed from my ram,im on latest f11 bios and enabled xmp profile 1,should get 3200mhz?
but lot lower as seen in cpuZ
What could be causing this?
Ram slots are A2 and B2 as stated in manual
Any help much appreciated

Is it 1600mhz in cpuz?
If so you double it
As its ddr
Double data rate

Look in the tab that says memory
Not spd one
Spd is a list of possible timings so to
Speak
Memory tab should say 1600

yeah it says 1596.8mhz ,so x2 is almost the 3200mhz,i feel such a fool

Ach well,i did manage to do 3 bios updates in the process,thanks again
