Hey guys,

So have had my k95 now for about 2 years and 2 of my keys are really annoyingly showing slightly different colours. If I have the keyboard on flashing all colours it kinda covers it to the naked eye, however if I have single colours which I like to do I have the A and N key discoloured and it is damn annoying. Could it be time for a new keyboard? Or is this fixable? Tried taking a picture with my Samsung S10 but it's too hard to see.

A is certainly key getting lots of use if you're into gaming, but N?
Unless there was some plastics quality issue in some letters, that sounds more like some backlight issue.
And it's easy to find those issues with Corsair keyboards using Google.

If that discoloration shows only in some colours, then it's one LED of RGB led failing.
If it shows in all static colours, then that whole RGB LED is likely going or there's some fault in backlight control circuitry.

Decided to replace the keyboard, however I want to slowly come away from Corsair because the CUE software is crap, which is ashame because I have a lot of products going through it. I won't touch Razer so looking for some recommendations for good keyboards. No budget limit.

Wouldn't trust any of those fashion RGB softwares to be nothing more than big pile of bloated excrement bogging down PC:

What switch your keyboard has?
Type of switch force curve decides what keyboards would feel familiar/don't need bigger learning.
If you would like quieter switch there aren't much of choises.
Also there are few lower profile ones if you would like that.

So was it the actual keys?
Or the leds?
Keys are replaceable obviously
And its a shame
As if it's same quality as my old
Corsair k90
It's a Really well built keyboard
Nice aluminium
And handy scroll volume wheel

Its not the keys mate, it is the LED's but only on certain colours.@Mcnumpty

Cherry Switches @ Esat. Corsair software is shockingly bad (A bit like their power supplies rofl), never again. Once I get the crappy Corsair bits out of my rig, will never touch them again. But yeah as for the keyboard this one is cherry.

How longs the warranty on the k95?
Not cheap so I would
Have hoped for 3 years or
Something
Seen some one replace the k90
Leds before though
Some skill with soldering
Probably needed for that
Only ever had one corsair psu
It's still going strong
After 8 years continuous use
The ax860i
They don't make their own psus
Though so depends which
One a couple of them
Were poor in the past though

I wouldn't touch Corsair PSU's again, personally I would rather use any other brand than that junk. I am buying a new keyboard and moving away from Crapsair, cheers for the help guys.
