My Xbox One X - just shuts off during loading Division 2

Hello. My question is. Today I turn on Division 2 after console being idle overnight , and when i was on loading 14% its shuts off. So i turn back on again console. Is my XBox One X faulty? I have plugged to wall directly,to power cord. There was not power outage.

It just shuts down,like pressing power button to off. And not any overheating message. Working fine again.

Sounds more like a problem with the game.

So it was caused by game propably? Not hardware. All working fine again. Also i dont had any overheating message after shutdown.

The Xbox rest mode can cause all sorts of problems from discussion on the forums (even Digital Foundry corroborate this) such as games crashing, performance getting worse over time, etc. It's nowhere near as stable as the PS4's implementation. You'd be better off switching your console off completely when you're finished with it.

Not if it is only that one game.

Have you tried deleting it and reinstalling?

We have to "Reboot" our Xbox at least once a month otherwise it gets a bit sluggish.

There are many reports with XBOX ONE X shutting down only in this game, especially when idling or loading levels. On reddit and ubi forum . So we all have bad power?!
