Need advice on a good gaming pc

Completely new to pc gaming and need advice.
I'm looking to spend about 1500-2000 on everything.

I want to get into the strategy games like total war and hearts of iron etc.

Do you have any accessories like monitor already?
I assume keyboard and mouse would be available for reuse.
Strategy games like big monitor size and resolution, so do you have any max size for that in case of needing new monitor?

This build is over budget, but the I tried to squeeze an ultra wide and a 2080 Super into the build. It would give a pretty unreal gaming experience.

There are some AOC ultra wides on pre-order, not sure on release date but they look decent price wise.

2560x1440 would be minimum for PC of that budget level.
Also strategy games would love resolution in every direction.
If you don't play any faster paced games even 3840x2160 monitors are available for reasonable prices.

Do you prefer darker room, or normally illuminated room?
That affects to what LCD panel type gives best looking image.
