Hey guys,

I bought a budget 49" monitor, new from a big pc/laptop company, and its been great! My question is..

I have seen a brand 49" (ACER Nitro 49") and it is exactly the same, buttons below the logo, same panel specs, and on top of the arm , there is a round part with a red LED, so..

Can this be the same planel also as used on the ACER?

They are all Samsung Va panels as fare as know if we are talking about the 3840x1080 variants, or the 3840x1200. Even the 5120x1440p panels are from Samsung and VA with the exception of Dell and LG which are LG IPS panels.

electriQ 49" Double Full HD Super UltraWide FreeSync HDR Curved Monitor

Yes it's a rebadged Samsung imho.

Thanks for the update, looking this screen, I would still have paid a few hundred £ more for this knowing how good it would be on a budget basis!
