Hi guys,

I am fairly confused about my OCUK delivery, I paid the extra ~£15 option for Sunday delivery but so far nothing has arrived... OCUK state on their website that..

ORDER CUT OFF TIMES (SATURDAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS)
  • 3:00pm - DPD
Orders received before these cut off times will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery option. Please allow time for your order to be completed to ensure payments are fully authorised before the cut off times.

Now I had my order confirmation and and dispatch notice from OCUK at 12.45pm sat 11/04/20, so well inside the 3pm cut off,but tracking on DPD website seems to stop at about 8pm last night, i also got a text message this morning confirming my parcel will arrive by 12apr, and that i will receive my 1 hour time slot by 11am which i never
received, has anyone been in this situation and the parcel did eventually arrive late that day or someone else can shed some light? Cheers.

Seems like OCUK have done their part but DPD not doing theirs... I had this last weekend my Sunday delivery with DPD was meant to be 2 items I got one and then on Monday they delivered the 2nd item and I noticed on the label it had SUNDAY so DPD missed that one and messed up

I literally just received an amazon parcel (didnt know it was coming) do think there should be a least one day people have a day off but i guess its a sign of the times really

DPD were not doing deliveries Friday, yesterday and today, open again tomorrow. https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/about_dpd/delivery_schedule.jsp

Might be worth an email to the shop, if it were me I'd be annoyed that there wasn't some kind of warning before ordering.
Although it says that on the site I had deliveries from DPD on both Friday and Saturday this weekend. Wasn't expecting either of them until Tuesday or Wednesday so was a bit of a surprised to get the out for delivery emails.
