Hello,

ive got a 780ti which is showing its age now so looking for an upgrade.

the 1660 super looks like a nice budget card. or is it worth upping this to something like the 5600xt?

I was in the same situation a couple of weeks back, I was leaning more towards the 5600XT after watching a few YouTube reviews, However others might be able to tell you more in depth some differences between the cards

from a 780ti? what did you go for in the end?

i appreciate the 5600xt gives better frames etc. just wanna know if people think its worth the extra 40ish quid from the 1660 super.

No I was buying for a new build but was stuck between 1660 super and 5600xt, in the end I managed to get a great deal on a Rx5700 8gb...

I think between the two cards there is a small difference and probably not worth spending that extra £40 for small FPS differences, that being said there may be some differences in the technical side of things which is not something I could help with :p sorry mate

I upgraded from a 780 (non-ti but overclocked) last month. I went for a b-grade Pulse Vega 56 for £180 from OcUK. They've also had b-grade Vega 64's in since for £200.

Under-volted, my Vega boosts to over 1700MHz on the core and the VRAM sits happily at 950MHz without any messing about. I'm very happy with it.
