These 2 big birds circle over our house most days, trying to take a photo and find out which birds they are.

Red Kites, we have them around frequently. Magnificent birds.

We'd had our own Peregrine Falcons for a several years now living on the tallest building in Morden town centre, South London.

Red Kites, a bird which was once critical in the UK but is recovering very well in recent years.

Pathetic bird of prey mind you. More likely to take out a worm than something like a rabbit. Scared of their own shadow.

Yep they are lovely birds, quite a distinct sound that can be heard most of the day as they soar over the houses here.

Trying to take photos of them is tricky!

Shame they don't come lower or land nearby.

Some days they can be seen doing aerial battle with some local crows!
