Is it wort this money?

Starting a new w budget gaming build for around 500. Been offered a used SAPPHIRE Nitro + Radeon RX 580 8GB GDDR5 Graphics Card for £120 in good condition

Quick look on eBay suggests that's about right price for one

Is it not worth adding an extra £35 and getting a new 580 with full warranty though. (after a quick google search) subject to the budget.

Yeah warranty is important. I wouldn't even accept £35 off the price of a washing machine without a warranty. Certainly not a graphics card.

Maybe get a new RX 570 if you're strapped for cash.

It may just be mining card has bigger fans
And ballbearing/double ball bearings in the fan for longer durability
Though really don't know much about cards specifically aimed at mining
So that's a half educated guess

DONT buy the mining card...you can't connect it directly to a monitor...its only for mining as part of a rig
