Hi guys, wonder if you can help me..... I have cerebral palsy which means I have not complete control of my muscles or movements, so I spill stuff quite often.. So I was thinking a wet n dry vacuum might solve my spillage problems as mopping it up with kitchen roll and clothes is quite tedious and time consuming.

So what Im looking for is cordless so I can just pick it up and and suck up the spills without the hassle of messing about with cords.. Also half decent suction would be good if it exists in the cordless world, so it will lift out carpet spills easy?

I have had a look on the net and none has really popped out at me as they look all the same except for the suction power.. The max I have seen in suction power is 90000pa but I have no idea how good is that is?.... I have a dyson v7 cordless and that hasn't great suction but I think would be strong enough to lift the liquids out of carpets and thats on normal power(cant find the suction specs for the v7 tho)

So can any of you guys recommend a half decent cordless wet n dry handheld vacuum for about £70 max? Thanks

There’s the Dewalt DCV584

Suction is ok. I wouldnt suck up liquid with your Dyson.

the dewalt one looks very nice but £180 plus a battery and a charger is needed.. I have been browsing the net and watching vids and I have come up with this 1, but its the 7.5kpa upgraded version.
It comes on a charging stand, so if its any good, I'll fix it on the wall next to the dyson. The only downside, it only holds 100ml of liquid, but thats still quite a lot...

Its only 7.5kpa, but in this vid, someone is comparing between 6kpa and 8kpa vacuums, the suction on the 8kpa looks pretty strong, so a 7.5kpa shouldn'd be too rubbish.

I went for this one in the end https://www.amazon.co.uk/【Upgraded-...child=1&keywords=novete&qid=1589389941&sr=8-2

The suction is pretty strong, id say its as strong as my dyson on the normal power setting if not more. I haven't had to use it yet but it should do the job I wanted to do. the downsides about it are the brush ends are hard to change and the charging stand is big and bulky and can't be wall mounted.. I have 3d printed a bracket stand so I can wall mount it
