I'm not so sure on the case or PSU but I want an easy to build in case with a fully modular PSU.

I've tweaked the spec a bit:
Bit cheaper Ram & I doubt you'd notice the difference
3600X is not worth it over the 3600
Much faster SSD (the one you picked, speed wise you may as well got a SATA SSD)
The cooler I picked will do more or less the same job but cheaper
PSU is in stock & Fully modular - Seasonic is partially modular.
Corsair is OK, if you want that case go for the 275 Airflow as its cheaper & will be better for airflow, but this is the best case for airflow for its price right now.

That's only £10 away from guaranteedly future proof 2x16GB kit, whose command interleaving would make it pretty much equal in gaming performance.

Anyway lower than in next-gen consoles core count CPU would be bigger limit in heavier next-gen games.
