Update.....
Seems my win10 account has issues with .bat files after upgrade from win7...
Using 'open powershell window here' in the .bat location....
"valley.bat : The term 'valley.bat' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or operable
program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.

Suggestion [3,General]: The command valley.bat was not found, but does exist in the current location. Windows PowerShell does not load commands from the current location by default. If you trust this command, instead type: ".\valley.bat". See "get-help about_Command_Precedence" for more details.
PS C:\Program Files (x86)\Unigine\Valley Benchmark 1.0>"
I edited the .bat file and added 'pause' on the end, still a window flashes up and vanishes !
Also trying to run cmd.exe from the windows start button results in the same flash on the screen and nothing !?
I created a test account and VIOLA, cmd runs as does Valley. Back to my account, added syswow64 to the environment variables path and rebooted. Still nothing but a flash on the screen.
FIXED - Using two YouTube video's as the first made my PC boot to a black screen and .cmd prompt after logon !!. Now I can run .cmd and valley again.
