Not sure, has a passing resemblence to the new Porsche 718, but the back end is totally wrong.
My first thought too, but the holes in the front bumper say otherwise.
yeah a modified one.

It's got a body kit on it regardless of what it actually is. Front looks similar to the one is this link although back is not really the same.

Yep, that's the one! Definitely the same bumper, but the rear is different. Looking closer at the stills however it seems he's stuck a picnic table on the back too, because the standard wing wasn't providing enough downforce or something.
Back end is definitely a 12C round the spoiler and lights, deffuser is probably different though it could just be the way the light is hitting it.

I've been having a lot of vivid dreams since lockdown started, but last night I dreamed I was in Monaco and spotted the most amazing one off car, and I thought "oh man I need to take a pic of this for the daily encounters thread!!" but I couldn't get my phone out fast enough to take a picture.
