I’m in need of a new pc, wishing to move away from the laptop so need monitor as well


Requirements:
Needs to be quiet
Will need to be capable of processing images in photoshop/lightroom
Processing power for Football Manager

I would suggest getting a ryzen 3900x cpu for photography and football manager.

Cheaper PSU, still very good.
Cheaper SSD.
Cheaper motherboard with the same features.
cheaper cooler but perfectly fine for the cpu.
Better CPU
Dedicated GPU.

4K IPS monitor is probably the way to go for photo editing, something reviewed with good colour accuracy. Avoid TN like the plague

LG 27UK650-W is a good monitor choice. You'll need to run scaling at 150% but photos will display unscaled in full detail.
