Compressed air/Rubber blowers?

I'd like to clean the fans inside my PC and just wondered if those rubberball blowers you can buy are just as good as cans of compressed air?

I've never used one but I've seen them. I'll bet a pound to a penny that its a LONG way short of adequate pressure.
I use my air compressor, but if I didn't have one I'd buy a DataVac or something similar, mains powered. I know it's called a vac but it blows, big time! (not in a bad way)

I personally don't like the aerosol cans of air because of the crud they spray on your components, I know a lot of people use them but they're expensive, don't last long, aren't that good and create a lot of waste...

I use my air compressor

I take my PC over to my dads as he has a compressor, it does a much better job than the canned air.

I use a footpump for a blow up mattress, works a treat.

They’re intended to blow small dust particles out of cameras and won’t have anywhere near the pressure or volume you need.

Either borrow a compressor or have a friend power one of those large inflatable pumps while you direct the airflow.

For cleaning fans you can't beat a 1/2" paintbrush.

Even though I know I SHOULD remove the fan, give it a good scrub and maybe even reapply new thermal paste I really don't want to go through all that faff so I might try a small brush first.
