OcUK Rolling Road Day 23 @ TDR & Caffeine and Machine (Warwickshire) - Saturday 26th October 2019

Honestly, until we're further down the line with better guidelines etc. I think this should remain parked. No point planning for something that may not happen again.

Just registering my interest for the next one. I'm sure in the coming months things will relax further as business' learn to adapt. Can't really see any issue with a dyno day - just means no pizza I guess. :)

Look forward to it - I must have missed this Oct 2019 one.

That's where my veloster was and I got it's power verified to basically the same numbers as the Dyno it was tuned on, just a tiny bit under 200 WHP.

I had hoped to get my car tuned this year but covid put a stop to that so it will be 2021 now. Happy to get on the dyno obviously to see stock power, or there about.

Wonder if this can be revived in a socially distant manner.... desperate to do some automotive things now all the shows have been cancelled!

Well there is plenty of automotive stuff happening, we drove to Bournemouth Friday and then onto Andover Saturday and on our way we spotted a few car cruises, super cars, land rovers and even passed a large pub where the car park was holding a large car meet of classics, muscle cars and some other stuff.

The general vibe seems lock down is over, if you need tuning work then as others have said you need to drop the car and leave it with them but if you just want to go for a drive or have a meet then nothing stopping anyone really.

Lets face it if your allowed to protest, go to Primark then having a small car meet is far far less risky than those other options and Wales should be re-opening soon too along with Scotland. :)

We are just carrying on life as normal and doing as we wish, so if we want to go somewhere we just go, if we want to visit family we just do so we just avoid places like Primark for example and if we have to go somewhere public where there is strangers like a super market we keep 2m or further away from people and keep our hands clean and when filling up with petrol use the SHELL payment app and use disposable gloves and clean hands before getting back in car.

Yup Protests ended up lockdown. Would love OCUK meeting.dyno day this year somewhere been ages since seen ya all.

I have met up with some locals recently, it’s easy enough to keep your distance and have a chat. Going inside a premise and touching things etc is another problem, and everyone will want to sit in the 458 :p.

I assume C&M will reopen in some capacity 4th July, they have a lot of outside space and a booking system anyway so not a hard transition.
