Why should he tho? He's shelled out nearly 2 1/2 grand for a system, with a four week build time, and its been back once. I'd be telling them where to shove it and going elsewhere personally

I completely agree with you, he shouldn't be dealing with **** like this after shelling out for a built system, but sending it back introduces another long delay for him. If it's just memory maybe it can be remedied quicker....
