Tweet them. When I was a VM customer the only way I could get stuff sorted was to tweet them and have a grumble. The Twitter team were generally very good at getting stuff sorted.
I'm going to do as I've been suggested and ring in 2 days.
Can't wait till I move and no longer have to deal with Virgin.
