Anyone know if i can flash older BIOS?

the new 2.8 bios managed to slash my Cinebench score by half. The system feels sluggish. Not sure what has happened.

Want to go back to 2.6 but unsure if I can do back ward flashing

No, but when I went into the bios everything was default value already. The only other thing I am thinking is maybe do a clear cmos and see if that does the trick. I don’t have a clear cmos at the back of the io. It is a bit of a pain to move the pc out of its hole and open it up etc

Just an additional when I say system feel sluggish and cinebencg score halved, I meant with the exact same overclock settings as before. I check hwinfo, cpu was pulling the same amount power and ram was benched to be exactly the same in terms of throughput and latency. Nvme drives performed the same. So it is down to CPU being gimped but pulling the same amount of juice.

Clear BIOS and start with default setting did the trick. score back to normal slightly up as well.
