Got this really strange issue with Vodaphone 5G.

Every now and again, well requently, websites stop working, not all at the same time, so it was Google and Reddit, then they worked but then OcUK wouldn't load, just saying DNS server can't be found.

I have no idea what's causing this however turning on my PIA VPN does solve it, but that hits download speeds.

Any idea what's going on?

Try manually changing your DNS servers to public ones like 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1

I was on 3 for past about 8 weeks experiencing that chronically. Its better today, but they were performing maintenance for a while now.

I'm also in Media City (above Virgin Gym) and it has been generally patchy these last few weeks. There were 3 or 4 days at the end of June where I got no 5G at all.

Do you get it where websites like Google doesn't load but others do still?

I can't see how to change DNS, I think it's in APN but them asks for some as far as I think unknown username and password.

I'm near Anchorage tram stop can't say I've noticed 5G down fully at all though.

For me it was popular sites worked good - bbc, google, amazon. The small scale sites and bulletin boards like this forum were badly affected. I also found captcha things a massive issue as it would no load them or take too long.
