'The Matrix' trilogy is about being transgender.

The Matrix is about Neo trying his hardest not to **** Trinity, however, the rave got the best of him and he let his inhibitions go.

I dare say there are many meanings to The Matrix, like when people read certain books and come away with different views. It's more what it means to them.

It's probably not the best advertisement for the films to restrict it to having only one meaning, especially in the way its being said.

One of the many, many reasons the 2nd and 3rd weren't nearly as good as the first is they answered too many questions. You come out of the first one work so many questions and all your mates had a different take and there was something to actually debate.

Yeah that's why when literally no one goes in to the matrix their sex is different than in the real world.

Sounds like the publicity drive for the new film that the article mentions has kicked off then... :rolleyes:

Only the first one was actually good anyway. I doubt I'll bother with a fourth, even without it becoming a SJW fest.

This.

The original trilogy wrapped things up in a fairly tight package, and frankly the final two movies were very hit and miss. I can't say I'm at all interested in revisiting the universe if they're going to make thins an even more unhinged mess based upon current events.
 
There's a chance the 4th one could be good, by that i mean an easy watch entertaining action sci-fi.

I thought Switch was female in and out of the matrix.

Deeper meanings in films are lost on me, i watch them purely for low thinking entertainment.
 
if any one did actually come up to them and say this I really hope they pointed them to the nearest psych ward for evaluation.
If a sci-fi action film saves your life you’ve got bigger issues than not being sure if you should be a dude or dudette.
But the director says the films have always been "meaningful" for trans people.

And hear it was thinking they took the bible threw in some robots for the evil Romans add some kung foo and called it the Matrix.
