Not something I technically purchased, but something I got for free from a hard fought skirmish with Openreach led my me and with the assistance of my neighbours until they caved in and upgraded my whole development with fibre. Saved over £10,0000 it would have cost to get FTTPoD. Now the FTTP isn't live just yet, but the fibre was laid last week and once connected up I should be able to order. Hopefully within the next week or so:

Was it a relatively new development? Interested in hearing how you approached Openreach to do this.

they are pretty decent machines by all accounts, but do you need some scales? maybe a bottomless portafilter or matching competition shower-screen & basket

They're for hiking and / or running - they stop blistering between your toes
Mine are liner socks to go under hiking socks.
